Job Description

 

We are seeking motivated interns to join our team on commission based. Main objection in the role will be helping clients to buy and sell. You will be tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads, counseling clients on market conditions and selling Properties.

 

Key Responsibilities:

•  Updated with market conditions, valuations and prices.

•  Conducting valuations for prospective sellers.

•  Completing and collecting of mandates, FICA and other necessary documents

•  Compiling listing sheets for marketing

•  Arranging of getting professional photos done

•  Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.

•  Conduct property showings and open houses

•  Prepare and present purchase offers to sellers

•  Negotiate sale terms and conditions on behalf of clients

•  Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations

•  Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and other real estate professionals.

•  Be available on weekdays and must be willing to put in the extra hours over weekends.

•  Compiling listing sheets for marketing
